I couldn’t recommend Rikki enough! She’s great. Super pleasant and efficient to work with. And I like that she regularly asked me to check whenever she’s done with a particular area so to ensure it fits to what I instructed her to do (which she does, thankfully!). And most importantly, she was very mindful when using my cleaning products. The tools were kept nicely and there was no wear and tear on it. She would be the first person i’d go for if i were to use Chiam’s services again. As for the booking process, the person was very friendly and accommodating as well. I felt at ease booking my appointment.

good, the maid so careful, and my house like a new look, next time with service again.
